How it Began...
What began as Christmas presents for his children and grandchildren quickly grew into a small business for retired businessman and entrepreneur, Tom Giordani.
In December of 2021 Tom decided to make custom cutting boards using exotic hardwoods that he tracked down at a small lumberyard in Southern Ohio. The gifts were so beloved that his family encouraged him to market and sell them.
His practical experience of handiwork (living in and renovating not one but two century old homes provided years of real world experience) coupled with his engineering background provided the perfect combination of skill and expertise to design family heirlooms that are truly from his family to yours.
Tom, his wife Robyn and their dog Riley currently make their home on a picturesque lake in Western Pennsylvania. The 12 Oaks Workshop is adjacent to their home.
